Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Journeys ABA website. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of These Terms
Welcome to journeysaba.org (the "Site"), operated by Journeys ABA ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Site.
Informational Purposes Only — Not Medical Advice
The content on this Site — including descriptions of ABA therapy, parent resources, articles, and answers to common questions — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, or behavioral health advice, and it is not a substitute for evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified professional. Every child is different; decisions about your child's care should always be made in consultation with your pediatrician, a licensed clinician, or a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has assessed your child directly.
No Client Relationship
Using this Site, reading its content, or submitting an inquiry through our consultation form does not create a provider–client or therapist–patient relationship between you (or your child) and Journeys ABA. A client relationship is established only after we have completed our intake process and entered into a written service agreement with you.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and page design — is the property of Journeys ABA or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish Site content without our prior written permission.
Acceptable Use
When using the Site, you agree that you will not:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
- Submit false or misleading information through our forms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems
- Interfere with the Site's operation, including introducing viruses or other harmful code
- Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users of the Site
Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and resources that we believe may be helpful to families. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control third-party sites, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk, and we encourage you to review that site's own terms and privacy policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep the information on the Site accurate and current, we make no warranties or representations, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site or its content.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Journeys ABA and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
